Donrey's Approved Menu during the Second Food Tasting

These are the Main Courses that has been prepared for us by the Donrey's Chef Consultant during the second Food Tasting which was attended by the Donrey's Team.  Foos has been evaluated based on taste and presentation if this could possible add on to the list of Donrey's Menu.
 
Eventually, all of the Food presented was great and was agreed by all parties to include it all on the Menu to be presented to clients.

Donrey's catering - Birthday Party Event

December 6, 2012, Mr. Mendoza's Birthday Party is one of the events catered by the Donrey's Catering this month of December.  It's a family party attended by relatives and close friends of the celebrant and was held on Mr. Medoza's residence in Alabang.

Donrey's team is such a professional and hardworking, that as early as 10 in the morning, operation team are on the venue setting up tables, table clothe, chairs, utensils, etc.  On the otherhand, the super promt Kitchen Team has done the food and was delivered to venue as early as 2 PM.  The catering was all set at 5 PM.

Overall is was a success . . . Congratulations to the Donrey's Catering Team.

Donrey's Second Food Tasting

November 27, 2012 was a second food tasting, this time, with the Donrey's team only.  11 New Menus was prepared and presented to us by the hired Consultant Chef with the help our Donrey's resident cook.

Evaluation was made after the food tasting, each was asked their opinion and to name the top 3 and the least menu.  All of the main courses presented was approved by the team to be part of the Donrey's Menu.

The team eventually determined the Donrey's Position in the local market and the Image the company is planning to portray to its clientelle.
